The 3rd position will be the person that makes money for our guild. They will make our money grow.

They Must:

~ Be able to make tons of np for our guild

~ Know lots of quick and easy ways to make np

~ Be rich(shows that they actually know how to make money)

~ Have been a member of neopets  for AT LEAST 1 month

~ Must be very active in the guild

~ Plus the requirements that go for all council members(loyalty to the guild, hard-working, etc) They can be found on the promotions page.
